Built at the end of the 18th century, Laborie is a stone farmhouse with its outbuildings, in the heart of the most beautiful landscapes of the Dordogne Valley . Surrounded by a preserved environment, shaped and maintained for nearly 200 years , the property has retained all the charm and elegance of its original architecture.
Just 300 metres from the banks of the Dordogne and 10 km from the exceptional site of Rocamadour , our three gîtes offer much more than just accommodation: they are a true haven of peace , where authenticity, comfort and nature meet. Laborie is the ideal starting point for discovering all the riches of the region: picturesque villages , gourmet markets, canoe trips or hikes through exceptional landscapes.
Our gites
The Farmhouse
Spread over 3 floors, the farmhouse has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, sleeping 6 to 8 people . Built in the late 18th century, it has been carefully restored and retains its original charm and character .
The farmhouse has a spacious dining room with original stone fireplace . The large kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering holidays and the living room opens directly onto a private garden .
The master bedroom on the first floor has a king-size bed and exposed beams. Adjoining the master bedroom are two further twin bedrooms and a single bathroom set in the original dovecote . In the basement, there is a study, an en-suite bathroom (with shower) and a large double bedroom with French doors opening directly onto the garden.
The Old Barn
A warm and bright setting
Completely and carefully restored, The Old Barn charms visitors with its spacious rooms, authenticity and brightness. This beautiful stone building combines old-world charm with modern comforts to create a welcoming and friendly place.
Designed for optimal comfort, the house is on one level, which is convenient for those who wish to avoid stairs. You will find a pleasant bedroom, a lounge area and a large kitchen where you can share your holiday vibes.
Upstairs there is a second spacious bedroom and a second lounge area on the mezzanine, perfect for relaxing in privacy.
Outside, you can enjoy a private garden, a real haven for al fresco dining on long summer evenings. To complete your stay, the property also offers access to a shared swimming pool with sun loungers.

The Bread Oven
Charming and Cosy
Formerly the hamlet's communal oven for Bread Making, this stone building has been carefully renovated to offer a unique and welcoming place to stay. Its unique character is showcased in its kitchen, built inside the old oven, a nod to its former history.
With 60 m² of living space, the house exudes a cosy and charming atmosphere, where every detail has been designed to combine authenticity and modern comfort. A wood-burning stove promises cosy evenings in spring and autumn, ideal for intimate get-togethers.
Upstairs, you will find two attic bedrooms, one of which is equipped with a queen-size bed. For optimal comfort in summer, the upper floor also has air conditioning.
Outside, a private garden invites you to enjoy al fresco dining or simply soak up the peaceful surroundings. You will also have access to the property's shared swimming pool.
